S.O.S.T., or Strategic Operations Skills Training, is a team building program that puts people into battlefield type of situations to help build leadership and teamwork. The program is led by Marines and other former military members. for the logo, they wanted to reflect that military aspect, and also something to represent the 3 aspects of their program (Speed, Surprise, Impact of Action). I illustrated a sword to reflect the Marine influence, and a sword point/pyramid design to represent their 3 aspects.
